Debian 9 can't find videos on search

Hello, I’m trying MotionBox on Debian 9. I use the start.sh file inside the terminal to start up MotionBox, which it seems to do properly. I can search for videos, but it never finds any. In the terminal I get this error (I had to take the “:” behind every https away otherwise I was posting too many links):

Get https//google.com/complete/search?q=test&output=toolbar&hl=en
WLoaderNetworkPrivate::onFinished: Get failed https//google.com/complete/search?q=test&output=toolbar&hl=en code 4. Socket operation timed out
Get https//duckduckgo.com/?q=torrent test&kl=us-en&kp=-2

Greetings @Perceval, this seems related to the fact that network requests time out, maybe MotionBox is blocked by a firewall on your system ?

Maybe you could try opening these URLS in your browser or ping the website.
